LoanGenie has developed key relationships in each vertical market and has launched its initial deployment within the mortgage and auto industry. We believe that successful endorsement of the ApprovalFinder technology by a select group of industry leading participants will influence others to embrace the technology in order to remain competitive. We also believe that endorsement of the technology by these industry leaders will enhance our credibility and market penetration.

We have entered into strategic relationships with lenders, aggregators of consumer finance products and service providers who will enable the Company to prove its business model and develop its reputation as a premier provider of technology and data. Strategic partnerships in the mortgage industry include Fidelity National Title, First American Title, Kroll Factual Data, DoublePositive, Broker Price Opinion and Mortgage Loan Specialists, Inc. The Company plans to generate credit card transaction revenue through its relationship with strategic Lenders. Relationships from our outsourced service provider, Universal Special Auto Finance, will immediately provide mutual engagement with the nation's top suppliers of financing to the auto industry such as DealerTrack and Route One to enter the auto lending market.

The Company believes that by driving volume and/or increasing revenue to its partners business models, the Company will encourage its current and future strategic partners to market and promote the ApprovalFinder technology as either a co-branded or stand alone product, adding value to their existing product lines.
