LoanGenie is a platform for consumer finance transactions with a suite of products *ApprovalFinder that includes lead generation, data management, credit services, title services, appraisal, escrow, closing services. The system was developed to streamline the work flow of the POS originators in the consumer finance industry.In addition to this streamlining there are built in security features that help minimize a lenders exposure to fraudulent lending activity. By mitigating the risk through these various activities that LoanGenie provides, there is a balance between efficiency and security. Using this "best of business" practices, lenders can be confident that the assets that are generated on the LoanGenie system will insure a portfolio that performs in any lending vertical.
The ApprovalFinder product suite has been designed to integrate with third-party Loan Origination Systems ("LOS") or other production technology, and HAS NOT been designed to compete with existing LOS's.
